Everything in existence is made of energy, vibrating at different frequencies. Though our bodies appear dense, they are not purely "solid"—at the atomic level, they are composed of vibrating energy. The body's nervous system, electromagnetic field, and chakras act as conduits, continuously receiving and releasing energy.

As we move through the world, our energy fields overlap with others, creating energetic interactions that involve the exchange of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Sometimes, these interactions occur at lower frequencies, which can disrupt or interfere with our natural energy flow. Over time, this interference may cause blockages that slow down or stagnate energy within our system. This can manifest not only in our physical body but also in our spiritual body. Negative energy often appears as cords (siphons), bands (restrictions), or blocks, some originating from recent experiences and others rooted in early life. Additionally, physical and emotional trauma can leave trapped energy in the body, further contributing to imbalance.
